This Portal is dedicated to the community of actors on cybersecurity and cybercrime of ECOWAS Community and Mauritania (Ministries, Institutions, Agencies, Centers).
These actors are cybersecurity experts, CSIRT / CERT / SOC teams, law enforcement officers, Justice actors (judges, prosecutors etc.). Its goal is to be an informative and educational support.

This CyberPortal is developed under the regional project OCWAR-C, the «West African Response on Cybersecurity and Fight against Cybercrime », funded by the European Union in partnership with ECOWAS Commission and implemented by Expertise France.
